Great hotel , reception staff very helpful. Room was so clean and had great facilities. Great price too. The pub next door isn't the greatest so would give it a miss but otherwise Great stay.

Was on a business trip for two days and booked in with two rooms. I was so pleased to be welcomed in with a smile and a fast transaction at the desk to obtain my room keys. The room was lovely and spacious and comfortable but above all very very clean. Thank you cleaners. The beds were amazing, and I enjoyed the coffee facilities. The pub next to the hotel was lovely too. Welcoming staff and the food was delicious what I ordered. Hot and tasty! Definitely recommended.

Not our 1st visit and definitely not our last. Perfect location when visiting family nearby and great value. We always have a family room which is more than big enough for 4 of us. Will be back!

It's a bit separated of Gravesend's center but with a car is only 5 minutes of distance.
The room and the service are really nice.
It makes me feel like home😪.
They consider your references and opinions.
And next to the hotel, there is a supermarket and a bus stop.
So, even without a car, there is a good communication with the city. I highly recommend It⭐⭐⭐⭐

We were looking for a good family venue to cater for very mixed tastes and the Spring river was great. It was for a 21st Birthday with 23 people of all ages. Tom our server and all the staff were lovely, welcoming and did anything we requested. All the meals came out hot and together, which on a normal night is an achievement but the Saturday before Christmas and for that many people, was amazing. With a lovely hotel next door for loved ones to stay in, the Spring river is perfect. THANKS TOM and team x

Fantastic stay. Lovely large room. Nice and clean. Nice and quiet and comfy bed. Only stayed for one night but will definitely go back.
Breakfast was well worth the money. All good ingredients, plenty of choice and very tasty.

I came along (female) for a brain break. Somewhere to switch off from "muuuuum!" "Zo, have you seen? Where is...? I had an appt at Bluewater so I thought I'd kill 2 birds with one stone and stay down the road. Perfect! Tea, coffee, shower gel, TV, big bed all for me and 2 lovely ladies on reception to greet me. Free parking result and pub next door that I ordered dinner from and took it away to my room.
If you want some retail therapy, followed by a total brain break ladies, this is your place. Not expensive and all you need for a night with no snoring and farting next to you. Also chicken wings with piri-piri sharer is not for 2 as stated, it's for 1 and I had fries on top. Winner. Bring conditioner if you have longer hair as the shower gel left mine dry and I forgot mine.
Breakfast is a nice choice and Craig was lovely and welcoming and showed me the ropes.

A new hotel made exceptional by the staff, from reception to the room angels, very warm and friendly, nothing too much trouble.
If you go to the restaurant- Debs is fantastic

First time I've stayed here... as lovely as a premier inn... friendly helpful staff... food in restaurant was really good and Tommy our waiter and could not do enough to ensure we enjoyed our evening 5⭐️service...will definitely return...
